Joli Ann Jaguars, TK-5th grade, have several leadership opportunities. From classroom 'leadership roles' to student-led conferences and assemblies. All of our students learn and practice 21st century skills such as taking initiative, responsibility, prioritization, collaboration, interpersonal relationships and public speaking.

• Peace Patrol - Fourth and fifth grade students are trained in mediation skills. They use these conflict resolution skills on the playground during recess and lunch.

• Student Council - Two student classroom representatives are chosen from each of the 3rd - 5th grade classes. Student council officers are elected by students in 3rd-5th grade. This group assists in many of our school activities and is facilitated by Joli Ann Leichtag teachers.
