ISSD (Referrals)

What is ISSD?

ISSD stands for Intervention for Speech Sound Differences. This is a short-term general education intervention for students with speech sound errors or problems with stuttering. This is different than a speech IEP.

Note: There is no need to submit both the Staff Speech Sound Concerns form and the Parent Request for Speech Screening form. One or the other is sufficient.
