Hello and welcome to 5th Grade! My name is Hayley Haubner, and I am one of the 5th grade teachers here at Richland. This is my third year at Richland among many years I've had in this wonderful district. While I have experience teaching Kindergarten, 2nd, 4th and 5th grade in SMUSD, I also used to be a student in the district!
Before deciding to become a teacher, I attended Twin Oaks Elementary, Woodland Park Middle, and Mission Hills High School! Following my education in SMUSD, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Child Development from Sacramento State in 2015, and then I went to CSU San Marcos to obtain my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. This district holds a special place in my heart.
I look forward to making it a special place in each of my students' hearts by fostering their love of learning and encouraging them to grow as kind, respectful leaders in our community.
